Sebastian Goschorski
My name is Sebastian. I am an experienced financier and certified accountant. I have 17 years of experience in leading and managing accounting, finance, tax and HR and payroll departments, as well as in shaping and implementing corporate development strategies.
I specialise in optimising business processes and operating costs, both for Polish and foreign companies. If you want to develop business in Poland and effectively solve specific Chinese-Polish legal and business problems, I will offer you comprehensive solutions that will bring added value to your company.
How can I help you?
Do you need support in running your business? Do you need to find yourself in new circumstances in which your company has to cope? Need to comprehensively analyse the situation, including the financial situation, of your company? Need to find the best solution in terms of process automation, including the involvement of elements of artificial intelligence?
What sets me apart?
I am someone who has a very broad experience in managing companies. In addition, I have repeatedly helped companies to enter the next stage of development. I have knowledge of financial issues and of building and implementing company strategy. Among other things, I have supported fast-growing IT companies that have repeatedly won awards in competitions such as the Deloitte Fast 50, as well as companies that are strategic suppliers to international retail chains.
During my time working for RSM Poland, I had the pleasure of recording a series of podcasts on business topics including mergers and acquisitions, foreign expansion, tax and financial issues.
