My name is Sebastian. I am an experienced finance professional and a certified accountant with 17 years of expertise in managing accounting, finance, tax, and payroll departments, as well as in shaping and executing corporate growth strategies.

As a Chief Value Officer (CVO), I help entrepreneurs and business owners create, protect, and grow enterprise value. My work covers:

  • identifying and analyzing value drivers,
  • developing strategies that increase organizational and stakeholder value,
  • allocating resources to initiatives that generate the greatest value,
  • promoting sustainable growth from both short- and long-term perspectives,
  • supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A) processes, locally and internationally — including company preparation, due diligence, negotiations, and post-merger integration.
